On October 13th we had the oportunity to host a dinner with Ed Lee of Magnolia 610 . Chef Joshua smith and Ed Lee have prepared one great 6 course meal for the guests of local roots and we had a great time preparing and plating this one!

Rappahannock Oysters with Celeriac and chestnut, Quail Egg and Duck Bak-kua
Maine scallop Sea Grass , Coastal Huckleberry, Bacon , Fried Kale
Sweetbreads , Butternut squash puree, crunchy blue homini corn
Cider Gastrique, Brussels sprouts.
Golden Trout, Radish, Potato, Turnip, Chanterelle, Raspberry vinegar
Border springs Lamb Kalbi, speckled grits, Green Tomato Kim chi Fried seaweed
Damson Plum Consommé, Burnt Orange Pudding, B;ack sesame and Basmati sherbet
