  1. Looks good Kosta! Keep it up, I’m sure you have plenty of ideas written in that notebook from your stage. If anyone has seen this guy on a stage he is a note taking mad man! On thing to throw in the mix, try brining the duck breast. You can infuse limitless flavor combinations for added depth.
