One of the highlights of my recent trip to NYC was the dinner i had at Marea with Chris Windus 3PO and Danny….I did not know what to expect but i knew we were at the right place when i realized that just 2 tables away Pierre Gagnaire and David Bouley were enjoying dinner… After that it was “fireworks” for the rest of our evening , course after course…Hands down one of the best agnolotti i have ever had … The pictures speak for themselves ….
I missed 2 or three items including shishito peppers grilled that came to the table along with fritters …..Simply amazing food…. Thanks to chef Michael White for a memorable and inspiring meal and a big thanks to chef Chris windus for pointing at the right direction and for making it happen …. 3PO and Danny were also the best company to have around….
